We fault find and repair safety circuits, and install safety systems to a design supplied by you or your engineer. We do not design machine safety systems, perform safety validation, or issue safety system certification. We sign off our own electrical wiring.
The point of planned work
Many electrical failures show warning signs before they become production stoppages. Planned maintenance gives us the opportunity to identify those signs, investigate recurring issues and deal with defects before they become urgent breakdowns.

That background is what a planned visit is worth paying for, because recognising a developing fault is a different skill from working through a checklist.
Recurring and intermittent faults
Most sites have one or two faults that trip every so often, get reset, and never get properly diagnosed. They clear before anyone can get to them, and by the time someone is free the plant is running again and there is nothing to look at.
A planned maintenance visit is a practical opportunity to work on these. We have time on site, access to the equipment, and no production waiting on the result, which makes it far easier to gather evidence, check history and trace a fault properly.
Where a fault cannot be resolved in one visit, we record what was found and what was ruled out, so the next attempt starts further along instead of starting again.
If you have a fault like that on your site, it is worth raising with us as part of a maintenance arrangement rather than waiting for it to become a breakdown.
Working together
Most of the sites we work on already have a maintenance team. We work as electrical support to that team rather than as a replacement for it.
Work is documented as it is completed: certificates of testing and compliance where the work requires one, test result sheets, and job reports with photos.
Also available as part of a maintenance arrangement: test and tag, and RCD testing, both with asset registers and reporting. These are more often the main requirement on commercial and facilities sites, and are covered in more detail on the commercial electrical page.

South East Queensland and Northern NSW, from Tweed Heads through the Gold Coast, Yatala, Beenleigh and Logan to Brisbane. Licensed in both states, so sites either side of the border are equally in scope.
