If you are responsible for keeping a site running, these are the situations we deal with regularly.
Electrical faults that have taken out a machine, a conveyor or a whole line. We work through the electrical side methodically rather than swapping parts and hoping.
The ones that trip once a shift and clear before anyone gets there. Usually the hardest and the most expensive to leave alone.
VSDs tripping under load, motor starter and overload faults, failed connections, and motors that keep dropping out without an obvious cause.
Field devices, sensors, actuators, relays and contactors. Establishing whether the fault sits in the wiring, the device or the control system.
E-stops, guard switches, light curtains and safety relays dropping plant out. Diagnosed and repaired against the existing design.
Distribution board faults, MCC problems, tripping mains and supply issues affecting a section of the plant.
Scope
Sparktech was established in 2024, on the back of more than twenty years of hands-on electrical work inside food and beverage, manufacturing and production facilities. That experience is mostly diagnostic, on plant that was already running.

How a callout runs
Call us and explain what the plant is doing, what has already been checked and what production is affected. We can ask the right initial questions and work out what information will help before attendance.
We isolate the fault to the supply, wiring, field device, drive or control system, then explain what we've found and the recommended next step before proceeding.
Where possible, we complete the repair and return the plant to service. If parts or specialist support are required, we explain what's needed and the quickest practical next step. Relevant testing and documentation is completed where required.
Sparktech provides the electrical fault finding and controls work directly. Where specialist PLC or HMI programming is required, we can engage trusted automation partners and coordinate that work as part of the overall repair or project.
On safety circuits we fault find, repair, and install to a design supplied by you or your engineer. We do not design machine safety systems, perform safety validation, or issue safety system certification. We sign off our own electrical wiring.

South East Queensland and Northern NSW, from Tweed Heads through the Gold Coast, Yatala, Beenleigh and Logan to Brisbane. Licensed in both states, so sites either side of the border are equally in scope.
